I want to be here for a long time and watch the server grow as a whole. I want to be there to help the members of the community with whatever needed. I have a lot of ambition that could be helpful but I mainly want to join to speed things up within the community and to help. Not only help but improve the quality of role play that happens in the galaxy. These are the reasons that I want to be a part of the Medical team.[/b]  [b]How would you lead your Battalion? 50 words minimum:[/b][b]I have seen how people have run their medical department and how to add my own twist. In the way how to track who is NED Cert. I will have a spreadsheet with the Unit and what training they have done. On the thing of training I will look over all unit training Docs to see how that trains their men. If I see an issue on their Docs I will pull them for a meeting to make sure role play rules are followed. I am willing to understand if their training is good. I will leave it alone. I will have each unit send in a report each month to see How many medical personnel have joined and if there is any routy personnel that needs to be dealt with. Besides that I will leave them to be the lead they become and will not discharge if they need help with training or anything else.[/b]  [b]Describe your battalion, and you knowledge of it. 50 words minimum:[/b][b]I have heard and seen people in this job to oversee all Medical personnel on the base or ship they are on.
