Unlike other commanders I will talk about what went right and wrong during missions and how that can be improved upon.[/b] [b]How would you lead your Battalion? 50 words minimum: I would lead my battalion as someone that tries to not get hands on unless needed but I can assist the people while doing operations and quarantine control. I plan on allowing anyone in after a bit of training and reading the documents given, but they have to prove themselves to get anywhere in the battalion.[/b] [b]Describe your battalion, and you knowledge of it. 50 words minimum: The Medical Battalion would combat medics that deal with minor injuries in the field but can also supply fire to assist their fellow members. While on ship they are Quarantine Control and Surgery Operators as their main jobs.
